Description
In the glass glitters a bright yellow with green reflexes, while the first Nose of this Klevener de Heiligenstein 2020 first is strongly marked by cold fermenting aromas like jelly banana. With some air it reveals charismatic notes of odorant mountain hay, fresh cut grass and gooseberries, followed from liquorices, firestone and lime.
In the mouth pair off the delicate sweetness with the light acid and form with the racy body, as well as the rosy-spicy final a harmonious general impression. A young wine who needs some times and air to unfold completely his exciting authentic terroir.
